He has over 10 years lean consulting and coaching experience with companies such as Goodrich Actuation Systems, Goodrich Corporation, United Technologies and Esterline.
Martin has a significant global reputation as a lean sensei and coach with his expertise being in many different business sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Medical, Oil and Gas and the Nuclear sectors.
Sara has a career of over 20 years in the Automotive and Medical Industries with companies such as Johnson & Johnson and De Puy. Her roles have included Operations and Functional Leadership positions, as well as Continuous Improvement.
Her areas of expertise are in Operations, Business Processes, Continuous Improvement and Logistics and Supply Chain. She has fine tuned these skills in Leadership & Operational roles.
Greg considers it a gift to be able to support the All 3 Circles Team as Senior Advisor. He has had a rich and fruitful career, at very senior positions in the Aerospace and Defence organisations such as GE, Rohr and Goodrich.
At Goodrich he was instrumental in leading large scale, enterprise-wide transformations with their legacies still standing today.

Annette is our specialist on Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Services. In addition to her role supporting All 3 Circles, Annette is currently The Chair & Director Midlands Aerospace Alliance (Supply Chain Performance Group). Her previous roles have included Procurement and SC Director, Maritime BAE Systems and Senior VP Operations Excellence (Strategic Sourcing, CI and ESL India), Esterline.
At Esterline Annette had Executive responsibility for Operation Excellence, the activity to transform Estelline in line with the principles of the Toyota Production System.
Adam comes from a background in Aerospace, technical ceramics, white goods, and offshore technology industries.
He has many years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Leadership roles.
His expertise lies in Procurement, Purchasing, logistics and Supply Chain Improvements and Adam is MCIPS qualified.
He focuses on Supply Chain Excellence support
