Operational Excellence

The Operational Excellence Assessment is a tool used to measure  the cultural lean maturity of an organization.  It provides a roadmap to successfully deploy a Lean Operating System. It specifically defines the leadership behaviors and deployment sequence of the elements contained in a Lean Operating System leading the goal of Operational Excellence.

The assessment can be carried out as stand-alone activity to diagnose business issues or be built into an organization’s Lean Operating System and used as a roadmap to drive improvement.
